people, animals and all other creatures of twoone. I would like remind all catholic creatures that fasting and abstenance is compulsary tomorrow for all who are of fourteen years and above and are in good health. i hope that you will make an effort to fast or abstain even if you are below fourteen years of age. do spend some time in prayer and mediation and please reflect on how Jesus suffered and died for us. Mass tomorrow is optional but I do wish you would go and listen to the readings. i think i sound too holy. anyway i hope you will read this before good friday.
